Records purchase and updates unit cost (latest cost).

Recipe Deduct Timing
When to pull recipe ingredients from stock. Default is when the ticket is marked ready. Switch to kitchen if you want stock reserved as soon as the ticket hits KDS. Deduction is idempotent either way.
Manual Adjustment
Corrects balance without changing cost (inventory count). Positive increases; negative decreases. Appears in history as Adjustment.
